Help, Scape It does not work for me (PC)

Scape It is compatible with most browsers. Nevertheless problems can arise (especially with older browsers). If this is the case for you, make sure that your browser is running on the latest version.
Scape It will not work in outdated browsers such as Internet Explorer. Use a different browser instead.

We recommend using one of the following browsers:

- Chrome
- Opera
- Microsoft Edge
- Safari
- Firefox

Also, make sure your internet connection is working well, as slow internet will also affect Scape It's loading speed.

Help, Scape It does not work for me (Mobile)

The mobile version of Scape It only works in the landscape phone mode. Should you still have problems accessing Scape It, make sure that your browser is one of the following and is running on the latest version:

- Chrome
- Opera
- Microsoft Edge
- Safari
- Firefox

Also, make sure your internet connection is working well, as slow internet will also affect Scape It's loading speed.

Scape It is slow to respond

There can be different reasons for this. If the subpages and items take a long time to load, this is due to a weak internet connection.
If the objects in your scape move slowly, this is a problem with your browser or your hardware. This process does work locally on your computer without any communication to the server.

How can I install Scape It as an app (mobile)?

The mobile version of Scape It is a so-called "web app". It runs in your browser and does not have to be downloaded from the app store first.
You can load the web app to your home screen and visit it without any annoying browser bars.
You can usually set this via your browser menu. You can find detailed instructions on the mobile version by clicking the ?-Symbol.

How can I save my scape?

You don't have to do anything. Scape It automatically saves your scapes in your browser so that you can access and edit them at any time.

How can I save my scape as an image?

Scape It has not yet built in any extra function for this. It works best by taking a screenshot of your scape. We recommend that you maximize the scape in the editor in order to display as many details as possible.
